BM is an individual game. In this game the participant’s managerial and leadership skills are focused upon. It emphasize on how well the individual tackles the competitive and hectic rounds, which would determine the survival of the fittest.

II. Brahmos (Best Management Team): Team of 5

Best Management Team is a highly competitive team event conducted to test the general managerial skills, leadership, case study analysis etc. BMT is a collection of management games to test your business acumen, skills, and knowledge. The game is designed to throw the worst at you to bring out the best in you. The participants need to show their caliber, the power of persuasion and the ability to handle pressure. Preparing the participants yourself to withstand the harsh reality of the corporate world.

III. Vikramadithya (Business Quiz): Team of 2

All avid quizzers are welcomed here. Business awareness and quick thinking is the only ability that helps you win the Inceptra Vikramadithya title.

IV. Ghatak (Marketing game): Team of 5

This event helps to discover the marketer in you. It focuses on the marketing skills, concepts and knowledge possessed by the participants. It’s all about providing real-time experiences in advertising. The winners of the event are decided based upon the extent of creativity imparted in the making of the product, quality of the marketing strategy used. Marketing game will definitely test whether you are ingenious enough to overcome the various impediments that marketers and innovators brook around the globe.

V. Garud (CSR game): Team of 5

The corporate social responsibility of the team and their level of commitment toward the society is tested through various rounds, how well do they respond to society and related social concerns.

VI. Kurukshetra (IPL Auction): Team of 4

This game mainly focuses on the financial insight of participants as well as their knowledge in International Cricket. It focuses on how well they can plan out their investment schemes and bid players with highest sum of rating points.

VII. R.A.W (IT games):
